What
is 3D / 4D Ultrasound?
Like
all ultrasound studies, the 3D / 4D ultrasound uses high frequency
sound waves to
create 3D ultrasound images that can be viewed on a monitor
screen. In the
3D /
4D ultrasound scan you are able to see your baby in a 3D - more
life like
image, instead of the familiar flat, grainy 2D ultrasound pictures. The
4D or 4th
dimension is real time movement. You may be able to catch your baby
